Here are 2 things you can do starting today that will move you forward in ways that really matter:
- Start your journaling habit (what I call The Daily Log) today. That will help you terminate the toxic thinking that goes in your head and help you stick to your boundaries. You can journal in Evernote (multi-platform), Day One (Mac/iOS), Journey (Android), or on paper. Even use the notebook you received at this event! But start today.
- Begin to work through Daily Themes. Remember to start from your certainties and work backwards from there. Own the process and make it work for you!
