Today I want you to look at your to-do list. Don’t just refer to it – look at it. Take your time with it. I mean, the things on it are going to take time to do, so you certainly should spend some time with the list as a whole before you break it down into its many parts.
Heck, sip a cup of tea or coffee while you look at it.
Then start to curate it.
Get rid of the stuff that isn’t worth doing. That may mean delegating things. It will almost certainly mean deleting things. Whether your list is on paper or on a device, cull it. Only after you do that should you move on to doing things on it.
Check the boxes first. Then you can be sure you’re checking off the right boxes.
